The Virginia Four Wheel Drive Association is a family-oriented, non-profit organization promoting safe, responsible and fun four wheeling. We have members all across the state of Virginia, as well as North Carolina and Maryland. In addition, we have associate members, who are businesses that help us support safe and responsible four wheeling in Virginia.
Our members have many diverse recreational interests using their four wheel drive vehicles - camping, surf-fishing, trail riding, competitive events, and sightseeing to name a few. The Mitsubishi 4WD Owners Club of Queensland was established in 1986. The Club offers an opportunity for people with 4WD vehicles to be involved in recreational activities as a group. Trips are conducted by the Club into relatively inaccessible places where members can participate in activities such as camping, bushwalking, sight-seeing, fishing or photography. A large number of our members are families and our activities are designed to cater for all tastes and age groups.

Rising Sun was founded by a few guys that had Land Cruisers and belonged to other 4 wheel drive clubs that were mostly Jeep owners. They got tired of the ridicule and all the "special deals" on parts that only pertained to Jeeps, and nothing for the FJ-40's and pickups they drove. So enough was enough, and in March 1981 The Rising Sun 4 Wheel Drive Club of Colorado, Inc. was born.

The Pajero 4WD Club of Victoria Inc. was formed in Melbourne, Australia in June 1984.
The Pajero Club promotes safe and responsible recreational four-wheel driving in a family setting while supporting the principles of the Tread Lightly campaign on public and private land.
Pajero Club members are individuals and families who own a Pajero or another make of four-wheel drive vehicle. The Club welcomes and encourages owners of all 4WD vehicles to participate. Our main goal is to conduct four-wheel-drive and social activities with like-minded individuals.
